Based on interviews with Licensee and Director, disclosed the facility did not comply with the section cited above for 3 infants (under the age of 24 months) who are currently enrolled in the toddler classroom are not documenting the physical checks every 15 minutes while they are sleeping which poses a potential health, safety to children in care.
Plan of correction: Facility administrators will review PIN 20-24-CCP; Recently Approved Safe Sleep Regulations in Effect and will implement the documentation of staff physically checking infants (under the age of 2) every 15 minutes while they are sleeping. Director will submit sleeping logs to LPA Garcia via email by POC due date 04/29/22.
