Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that child # 1 had medication in the facility without it's original box and no label- child # 5 had expired medicationwhich poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on information obtained during this investigation regarding the incident reported, it was disclosed the incident took place on December 1, 2022 and the report was submitted to the Department on December 5, 2022 therefore, the report was not sent in properly and timely. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
