   All staff will attend a staff meeting and watch the "Supervising Children in Child Care Centers" and "Teacher-to-Child Ratios in Child Care Centers" videos on the CCLD website. Director will create a written statement outlining the ratio requirements and how the facility will maintain ratio. All staff will sign this acknowledgment form to confirm that they have received this training and understand their responsibility to maintain ratio at all times. LPA Uribe will return to the facility after the due date of 08/14/2023 to obtain a copy of these signed and dated acknowledgement forms.
