Operation of A Family Child Care Home
Minor
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today’s inspection at approximately 8:15 a.m. LPAs observed the storage area for poisons, to have an absent lock as required per regulation however was stored in an off limit gated perimeter.

The Administrator acknowledged the lapse and agreed to ensure that she will purchase a lock and have it secured to re-establish the requirement by July 2, 2026, then will submit verification to her case carrying LPA by the end of the business day.
