and pulled C1 around a table of C1 peers. S1 responded in this manner due to C1 hitting another child with a toy. This posses an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.

Recorded plan of correction
Per Assistant Director, S1 was terminated on the same day of the incident. On 9/13/2021, the Administrator conducted a meeting regarding children's behaviors, issues in classroom, and to always treat children with respect. Administrator will provide documentation to CCL by 9/30/2021 regarding the 9/13/2021 meeting.
