LIcensee immediately corrected the deficency by ensuring that a qualified assistant was present to provide care and supervision. To prevent the deficency from reoccuring the licensee will maintain a written staffing plan and confirm that a qualified assistant is present before accepting more than 8 children. If the licensee must leave the facility they will immediately reduce the attendance to allowable capacity by having children picked up or wait until their parents arrive to leave. Licensee will submit staffing plan to the department by the POC due date.
