She states that an all-staff training will be conducted on redirection and dealing with challenging behaviors. Ms. Smith is advised to submit proof of staff attendance (signatures) and topics covered to the Dept by 2/9/26.
Based on records review, S1 was missing immunization proofs and current Mandated Reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
