LICENSEE AGREED TO PROVIDE A written acknowledgment statement stating Licensee will provide A SAFE ENVIROMENT TO CHILD IN CARE AND TO NOT TAKE CHILDREN TO ANY BODIES OF WATER IN THE FUTURE. second drowning observation. By taking the daycare children to a community pool without obtaining parental permission and allowing a near-drowning incident to occur, the Licensee did not provide a safe environment for the children in care. Licensee will provide LIC 9224 to all parents enrolled for a period of one year and keep a copy in each child's file for review by the Department.
