POC: Facility staff followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted. Notification was sent out to parents, and water outlet will be permanently removed within two weeks. Director will email dianna.valdezsantana@dss.ca.gov with documentation. Water pitchers from filtered kitchen sink that "PASSED" and use the other PASS sinks, along with individual bottle waters readily available for the staff and children.
