Director made site ID E inoperable by means of a sign that reads "Do Not Use" and covering the outlet. Director stated outlet E was last tested on Friday, October 7, 2022 and are awaiting test results. Director will provide proof of repairst and re-sampled documentation via email by 11/11/2022. Filtered water pitchers from the other PASS sinks, along with individual bottle waters readily available for the staff and children.
