Director stated that she will provide pictures of the equipment once cleaned and free of insects to LPA via email @ stella,gutierrez@dss.ca.gov Director will also develop a plan on how regular cleaning maintenance of the outside area to be free of insects weekly and to keep record at the facility then submit the plan to LPA by specified date of 09/30/2022.
