Facility Representative stated that she conducted a training on March 11, 2026 regarding supervision and transition procedures of children. Facility provided LPAs with a training agenda. Facility Representative will submit a staff sign in sheet and a written plan detailing new transitioning and supervision procedures and provide to the San Diego Regional Office by March 23, 2026.
