Based on LPA observation, the Licensee does not have an ASTM F1346-23 pool cover OR ASTM 2208 pool safety alarm, AND US Coast Guard approved life safety ring, rescue pole with a body hook for the swimming pool. Licensee will also need to maintain a daily inspection log of the pool safety features. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to the children in care.
