Recorded plan of correction
Facility Staff were qucik to address the water which had dripped onto the floor. For the time being, children will wash their hands in an alternate available sink. Facility agrees to have plumbing leak serviced/repaired or submit work order for repairs to LPA on or before the stated POC date of 06/12/2026.
