The Site Director will submit a written plan of correction with methods and procedures to prevent structures that are in need of repair (fences) that are damage to LPA by 08/11/2022 due date via email or mail. The Site Director shall contract a handyman or contractor to repair the facility fence and take measures to prevent escapes. The Site Director shall conduct and document a staff meeting and or training on the facility safe, clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety.. The Assistant Director shall forward a copies to LPA.
