Licensee is instructed to create a written statement detailing ratio and capacity requirements for a Large Family Child Care Home, both in the presence and absence of an assistant provider, and based on the number of children allowed with consideration of their ages. In this written statement, the licensee will acknowledge their understanding for the responsibility to comply with this regulation at all times. Licensee will sign and date this written statement and email it to LPA Christina Uribe at christina.uribe@dss.ca.gov no later than 12:00pm on 10/16/26. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which the facility had 15 children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
