Owner stated the facility will notify parents and/or authorized representatives of the lead exceedances and the corrective action that has already taken place. Owner also said water source (H) will permanently removed because they are now using an Igloo filled with water every day as the water source for children. A copy of the letter informing parents of the exceedance will be submitted to CCL by 2/28/23.

Based on LPA's review of staff records, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because staff had not taken the required mandated reporter training, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
