Per lead teacher Esther Villa, a plan of action regarding procedures for providing adequate supervision will be created for all staff to review and all staff will provide a written decleration of the knowledge obtained from the meeting held. Proof of meeting along with meeting materials will be sent to LPA via email by POC date above.
