Minor
Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. This requirement was not met as evidenced by inspection and conversation with Licensee. Licensee was not present for the required amount of time. Licensee stated she could not be present today and she had an emergency. This is considered a potential risk to the health and safety of chidlren in care.
