Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in having two bottles of cleaning supplies and one bottle of alcohol accessible which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee removed the bottle of alcohol from the child care area during the inspection and placed it inside the home. Per Licensee, she will remove all cleaning supplies from the child care areas and store them in the cabinet underneath the outdoor sink and will secured with a lock to ensure the cleaning supplies remain inaccessible to children. Licensee stated she will send LPA Gil a photograph once the cabinet has been secured.
