During a visit conducted at the facility on 6/23/26, at 9:40AM, LPA Katrdzhyan observed fifteen (15) children present at the facility. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The Licensee’s child was removed from the facility immediately after a family member arrived and picked up the child.
The Licensee will review Title 22 Regulations Section 102416.5 on Staffing Ratio and Capacity and develop a written Plan of Correction (POC) to ensure compliance. Written POC must be submitted to CCL by the POC due date.
