Based on observation and interview, At 2:25pm while taking census LPA observed blankets and small stuffed animals inside the cribs, pictures were taken. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Due to director not being present at the facility, LPA suggested director should provide safe sleep training to infant staff and send a copy of training and sign in sheet. LPA spoke with Lead teacher Carol and they were going to remove all the blankets and toys from the cribs and send them home by the end of the day. Please submit plan of correction by the due date to licensing department. LPA left Safe sleep environment poster and business card.
