Director immediately will speak with staff individually about proper supervision. Director stated that she would hold a training on active supervision with all staff, provide staff participation sheet, and will provide a written statement on what the center plans to do differently so that children are not left without supervision. Director to submit the information to the Department by the Plan of Correction due date, August 7, 2026.
