Based on LPAs observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that during the outdoor inspection, LPAs observed in the backyard a portable propane tank still connected to a stove burner, a container of motor oil and containers of used cooking oil on the ground, spider webs on children's water table and play cars, and empty water bottles, disposable gloves, tissue paper and detached fence boards on the ground. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.

During the inspection, Licensee immediately put the portable propane tank and motor oil in an off-limits area. Licensee is to submit a plan indicate as to how she will ensure that children will not have access to the portable propane tank. Licensee also agrees to submit proof to the Department that any items unsafe for children have been removed from the backyard by POC due date.
