This requirement was not met as evidenced of staff interviews. Staff acknowledged that parents were denied entry into the building to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.

On 12/3/2021, Director provided written notice to parents that they may enter the center during normal operating hours with the requirement that parents wear face coverings, sanitize their hands and requested parents do not enter the building if they have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever, stuffy nose, body aches etc).
