Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed a medication organizer with pills in the kitchen, which was accessible to daycare children, a pizza cutter and metal skewers in an accessible kitchen drawer, knives on the kitchen counter, and clorox wipes and hand sanitizer on an accessible shelf in the dining room which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
