      Teacher-Child Ratio

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. All five classrooms were out of ratio: Classroom 2: 1 Teacher & 2 Aides with 25 children, classroom 3: 3 Aides with 29 children; classroom 4: 3 Aides with 25 children; classroom 5: 1 Teacher & 1Aide with 20 children and classroom 6: 2 Aides with 20 children. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

      Plan of correction: Per licensee, three of her teachers were not present during today's inspection. The teachers will be on site tomorrow. Further, licensee will be used as a teacher to meet required classroom ratios. Licensee will provide a copy of 7/10/24 sign in log, a listing of all staff in each classroom with the number of preschool children.

      Personnel Requirements

      Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There was 13 staff present during today's inspection, which none had current approved First Aid/CRP certificate. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: During today's inspection, licensee had the First Aid/CPR instructor provide an email confirming that staff is receiving First Aid/CPR class on 8/19/24.

      Based on record review, licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Staff #2, 7,10, 11 and 12 are missing their TB assessments or test results. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.

      Plan of correction: Per licensee, she will have her staff receive their TB test results by 7/23/24. Licensee will provide copies of staff test results to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Regional office by 7/23/24.
