This requirement was not met as evidenced by: The toddler classroom was observed to be over ratio. A partially qualified teacher was supervising 18 napping children, however, not all children were napping.

Director is to draft a plan and conduct a staff training refresher that will ensure the facility will maintain ratio at all times. Director will maintain presence in the classroom. Plan to be submitted to LPA no later than 9/8/26 via email.
