This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews a child was unsupervised, left the home for 5 to 10 minutes, and was found outside the home in an unfenced area. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. An immediate civil penalty of $500 applies.

The Licensee, at the time of the visit, ordered a new gate for the stairs inside, and agrees to send in proof of gate installed and secured, and will also ensure children are appropriately supervised. Licensee recently completed health and safety training through the local R and R, and will re-review active supervison training component, and has also reconfigured her transition routine for handwashing/diaper changing for care and supervision purposes and will provide written statement to Licensing. Proof to be received by POC due date.
