The licensee shall review the Department's instructional video titled "Children’s Personal Rights in Child Care" and write and submit a statement to the Department by 03/03/26 stating that she has viewed the video and understands its contents. Additionally, during today's follow up visit, the LPA and the licensee reviewed Title 22 section 102423 "Personal Rights." The LPA obtained a signed statement from the licensee indicating that she has read and understands this regulation.
