Licensee reported she usually has an assistant present, how-ever assistant was on vacation currently and she believed she could have eight children present if they were under five years old. LPA also gave licensee a ratio hand out illustrating the regulation. the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
