  Based on file review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that two staff members were supervising a group of 6 children each without the necessary units for a fully qualified staff. This requirement was not met which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
  Plan of correction: Director agreed to supervise the children with 1 staff acting as a aide. Director states staff will enroll have staff enroll in classess.
