Based on interviews a student was left unsupervised while transitioning children to the elementary school in the morning. Some school children are unsupervised when going to and from the cafeteria to get breakfast, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA provided Technical Support Program brochure. Staff will physically supervise children to and from the elementary school at all times, and will stay in ratio. Center manager had meeting with staff regarding supervision and provided topics discussed at mtg. CM implemented name to face procedure, will work on support secondary staff in the morning, and possible picture system to identify children present to help with transitions.
