Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as the exterior water fouintain (D) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 6.79. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

During inspection LPA observed the water foutain has been covered and secured with a plastic bag. Per director children are bringing water cups form home and there's a water jug to refill if needed. Director, stated that the water fountain will be replaced and retested. Once they have have a set date for replacement and retesting Director will inform LPA Lopez.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by:Based on LPA's obervations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed two infants asleep in cribs with blankets on top of them, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Per director, they will have a staff meeting to discuss safe sleep regulations and watch personal rights violation videos at ccld.childcarevideos.org and submit meeting minutes, sign in sheet a declaration of what they learned and plan moving forward to LPA by 1/30/2023
