Based on Licensee's own admission and LPA review of documentation obtained from an outside agency, it was determined that on 10/06/2021 from 2-2:30pm, Licensee operated over her licensed capacity by providing care for 15 children at one time. This poses a Potential Risk to the health and safety of children in care.
