Administration of Child Day Care Licensing
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in as there is a Staff member (A1) who has not fully cleared the fingerprint clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Plan of correction: A1 got fingerprinted but has not cleared and/or is assocaited to the facility. Licensee will ensure that A1 is fully cleared and associated to the facility. A1 cannot return to the facility until she has been cleared. Civil penalties were assessed.
