Minor
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, LPA observed the pool alarm was not inside the pool. Per Licensee she took the pool alarm out of the pool earlier today due to heavy winds. When testing the alarm, new batteries were needed. Batteries were added, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee will provide an updated protocol that pool alarm will not be taken out of the pool and remain in compliance to Fresno South Regional Office by 7/14/2026.
