was not met as evidence by child#1 was left outside and unaccounted for approximately 10 minutes. As a result the child was observed crying when staff discovered he was unaccounted for. This is an immediate health and safetyy risk.

Director also agrees that a training will be provided to all staff concerning care and supervision best practices along with sign in sheet and curriculum topics in addition to submitting a written comprensive plan to account for children at all times to CCL by 12/1/2025. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed multiple tripping hazards in the outdoor play area. There are tree roots that are uncovered and ground is uneven. Sidewalk is lifted and there are mutliple cracks on sidewalk, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
