      Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 Trash bins in classroom 2 used for food waste did not have a tightfitting lid on, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Principal agrees to send a picture of trash bins used for dispoal of food with a tight fitting lid to LPA's email by POC due date.

      101238(g) Buildings and Grounds

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above dueto LPM and LPA observing 2 Clorox disinfecting spray bottles under the low and unlocked under the sink that is accessible to children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Principal removed the Clorox spray bottles during the inpection and placed them in an inaccessible area.

      Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to LPM and LPA observing Staff #1 singularly caring for 11 preschool children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Per Principal, Will continue to make efforts to recruit needed staff for the classroom and submit copies of volunteer and subtitute list of individuals who support in the classroom and will be submitted by POC due date.

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to LPM and LPA observing a tricycle with a broken front wheel, a wooden play kitchen and bench with dilpitated/rotten wood, an unraveled water hose that can be a trippping hazard, and electrical outlets with no covers which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Per Principal, photos of corrections will be emailed and will be submitted by POC due date.

      Plan of correction: Per Principal, a picture of the installed correction will be emailed to LPA and will be submitted by POC due date.
