Minor
Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the facility tour the LPA observed the pool gate door to be raised more than two inches from the bottom. After measuring the gate and reviewing fencing documentation, the pool gate is only 48 inches.
