      Lead Testing

      Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Site Supervisor Gazelle Dildine stated the facility has not had their water tested for lead contamination levels on or January 1, 2020, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Per facility representative, she will submit the water lead result from a certified external water sampler conduct the water collection for all outlets used for drinking or food preparation to Community Care Licensing (CCL)-Fresno Office by 9/29/2023. Faciliy Representative also agrees to provide completed forms: LIC 9275-External Water Sampler Self-Certification, Completed LIC 9276-Child Care Center Sampling Checklist and LIC 999 Facility Sketch fully labeled with the location of all water outlets, including outlets that will not be sampled within two weeks of the completed sampling to Community Care Licensing (CCL)-Fresno Office by 9/29/2023.
