      Buildings and Grounds

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the alarm on the door in Room 6, which leads into the parking lot, was not working, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Director repaired the alarm during today's inspection. Director stated she shall check the alarm each morning and shall submit a log of the daily checks to CCL by 04/11/2022.

      Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in adult scissors and children's sunscreen were accessible as described in LIC 809 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

      Plan of correction: Director removed the items and made them inaccessible to children during today's inspection. Director stated she shall submit a written statement explaining how hazardous items will be kept inaccessible to children in the future to CCL by 04/11/2022.
