Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having adult scissors and locked medication accessible to children in three classroom with children present which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as one (1) outlet used for drinking and/or food preparation tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to children in care.

On 1/3/23, facility had faucets P and FF replaced and is in the process of flushing. Facility is pending a re-test and is waiting for another inspection. Facility will submit a report of the retest once it is obtained. The water fountain has been capped off.
