Facility representative stated the following: active and visual supervision is a standard procedure that staff are trained to follow, Classroom gate and door must remain closed at all times, by having a daily morning reminder to all staff, so the chime alert staff when someone enters or exit. Staff are required to continuously scan and count children and consistently use transition logs to ensure every child is accounted for during all movements.
