Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by supervise infants while they are sleeping and adhere to the following requirements: The provider did not document on the one (1) infant in care every 15 minutes. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Both licensees stated they will make sure to supervise infants while they are sleeping and physically check and document on the infant every 15 minutes. Licensees will complete the correction and send the approve of correction to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office by 10/2/2026.
