Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were 5 disinfectant wipe containers which stated "call poison control" on their label in a cabinet inacceesible to children based on its height. However, this cabinet did not have a key lock or combination lock for the storage area for these 5 itmes. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
