Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was 1 item that stated contact "poison control" on it's label. This item was in a cabinet that was made inaccessible to children with a latch, however the storage area did not have a key lock or combination lock, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the licensee does check on each infant every 15 minutes while they sleep, but does not document the checks, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
