Licensees agree to cease all inappropriate forms of discipline immediately and submit a written a statement of understanding of the Personal Rights regulation. Statement should include acknowledgment of discontinued forms of discipline and an outline of how the Licensees plan to implement timeout in the future which should align with Title 22 regulations. Licensee will send a signed/dated copy of the LIC 9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report to the Department for all children enrolled.
