Child's Medical Assessments

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 2/5 children's files, Child 3 [C3] & Child 4 [C4], did not contain a written medical assessment. These files also did not contain an appointment date for the medical assessment of the children or a tuberculosis test within 30 days of the children's admission. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

OR 2) A medical appointment date for C3 & C4 to get their medical assessment completed and a tuberculosis test for C3 & C4 according to CCR 101220(d).
