The licensee failed to ensure the personal rights of children was protected.This poses a immediate risk to the health, safety and personal rights of persons in care.

Per licensee they will take a class on dealing with challenging children behavior in a positive way. Licensee will register by 12/15/25 and complete training and submit proof of completion by 01/15/26. Once Licensee submits proof of completion. Licensee will submit a positive behavior plan to LPA via email by 01/05/26.
